The stunning arena of the Amphitheatre

Early start to the day!

11.15 – 12.15 Ahimsa – sound healing concert with Ali

Resonate into your day with our sound healing concert in the outdoor amphitheatre. Featuring large scale planetary and symphonic gongs and a range of elemental instruments, Ali creates a journey through sacred sound. Unlike the popular gong or sound ‘bath’ – which is usually an eyes closed, laying down affair – here you can sit and watch how the vibrations are created. Or simply find a comfy spot and absorb the waves of healing sound. We will connect to our beautiful natural surroundings and re-align with ourselves through the power and magic of the gong, an ancient instrument for raising consciousness and transformation. The intention of this concert is ahimsa, non-harming through thought, word and action, towards self and other… we hope you will join us in sharing a peaceful sound space.

This event is free to attend, open to all. Donations are welcome for children’s hospice south west. Please bring something to sit on!

“My yoga searching started in 2002 and I haven’t stopped learning, researching & discovering since!  Yoga for me is coming back to the true essence of feeling of whole again, experiencing a deep connection with my inner being, a sense of completeness and bliss .After discovering yoga in the Daintree Rainforest (Australia) in 2003, I knew I had found something that had deeply touched me. I trained in Sydney and Melbourne with Yoga in Daily Life for 2 years in classical Hatha (pronounced Ha-ta) Yoga.

Back in England in 2012 I started teaching and studied: Level 4, Integration Course Diploma with The British Wheel of Yoga (2014) and Yoga For Transformation (2014)). I am also a Kundalini Yoga teacher; I studied a children’s Yoga course with Yogabugs and taught in various primary and secondary schools across London. In 2016 I began teaching for Cornwall Council and in nurseries, primary and secondary schools to both students and teachers. My aim is to provide informal & relaxed informative classes, that inspire children & adults to take control of their own well-being. Our health is in our hands!”
